I am a Full-time Realtor in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, and have lived here for over 17 years. I am married to my beautiful wife, Paula, who is also a Realtor. I have 2 wonderful daughters and a spoiled dog.
I graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Degree in Biochemistry and worked for several years in Medical Recruiting and Consulting, in Pharmaceutical Sales and in the Biotech Industry. I then found my passion for Real Estate and began working in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer. After 4 years in the Mortgage Industry, I got my license as a Realtor in 2010, and have since worked as a Realtor full-time.
In addition to being knowledgeable in the real estate negotiation and pu rchase process, I am well experienced in all of the elements that are integrated into the real estate transaction on the finance, mortgage, credit and insurance side. I am well versed in assisting with military relocation and working with clients from out of state in order to facilitate a seamless transition.
When I represent a homeowner in Selling their home, I take the time to understand their long-term and short-term goals as they consider a Real Estate Transaction. I take a consultative approach to this business, presenting each client with their different options, and adequately preparing them to make an educated decision. I work diligently to bring you not just one, but multiple offers so that you are able to hand pick the buyer you would like to work with.
When representing a Buyer in the purchase of a home, I ask a lot of questions and try to truly understand their motivation in Buying a Home; I help them in understanding the market conditions and how this will effect their process in negotiating a Formal Offer.
